mpp.best is a directory of open-source projects in the AI-payments ecosystem. We keep data collection to a minimum and do not sell personal data. This page explains what we collect and how cookies are used.
What we collect
- Anonymous traffic analytics. We record page views and clicks to understand what is useful. This is cookieless: we store no personal identifiers, no raw IP address, and a privacy-preserving visitor key that rotates daily and cannot be used to track you across days.
- Newsletter email. If you subscribe, we store your email address solely to send ecosystem updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Project submissions. Details you submit about a project (URL, description) are stored to review and, if approved, list it.
Cookies
We use as few cookies as possible:
- Essential. A
cookie_consentcookie remembers your cookie choice (kept ~180 days). Theme preference is stored locally in your browser, not in a cookie. - Analytics (optional). Google Analytics (gtag.js) sets cookies to measure aggregate usage. It is loaded only after you click “Accept”. If you reject, Google Analytics never loads and sets no cookies. Our own cookieless analytics still runs either way.

You can update or withdraw your choice at any time.
Third parties
When enabled, Google Analytics processes usage data under Google’s privacy policy. Links to external repositories (e.g. GitHub) and sponsor sites are governed by those sites’ own policies.
Your choices
You can reject analytics cookies, unsubscribe from the newsletter via any email we send, and request removal of a submission or your email by contacting us.
